Recording it, documenting it, copying it, demoing it. The tools do the repetitive part on your own computer. The judgement stays with you.

bugs found by review; every high-severity one fixed

Commits counted from git at build time: 20 Feb to 5 Nov 2026.

  1. 01

    Claude Code wrote it.

Agents worked in parallel, one per product, each behind its own check gate: build, lint, tests.

  2. 02

    Lantern documented it.

Every Help article, every tour and every screenshot on this site was recorded by Lantern’s scripted capture, on sample data.

  3. 03

A review tried to break it.

An adversarial review went looking for bugs across every product. It found 35 and reproduced every one. Every high-severity bug was fixed before release; the rest are tracked as next steps for each product.

04Lab project

8020 Lab tracks AI security incidents.

One sortable table of incidents and vulnerabilities in AI products: model services, agents, coding assistants, MCP servers and the frameworks under them. Every row carries a status, a primary source, severity when scored, and an exploited badge from the CISA catalog or the source itself.
